Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of Ardelia at getardelia.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Agreement
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Ardelia.
The service
Ardelia lets you found and run a company of AI employees — standups, debates, decisions, and deliverables. Ardelia is currently in beta: it is fully usable, but features may change and you may occasionally encounter rough edges.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Founder, Executive, and Boardroom) are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually.
- Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
AI-generated content
Your AI employees generate plans, analyses, opinions, and other content automatically. This content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or acting on it in the real world.
Your content
You own the content you put into Ardelia and the deliverables your AI team produces for you. You give us the limited license needed to store and process that content in order to run the service.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.
- No attempts to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
- No reselling or scraping of the service without our written permission.
Availability and warranty
We work hard to keep Ardelia reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly during the beta period.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Termination
You may stop using Ardelia and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email lynch39083@gmail.com.
