Who we are

Ardelia ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered company workspace at getardelia.com where founders run a persistent team of AI employees.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Content you create — your company profile, messages, decisions, goals, and other workspace content you enter into Ardelia.
• Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Feedback reports — if you send a bug report, we collect your message and, to help us reproduce the issue, the page URL, browser type, and screen size. Providing an email address with a report is optional.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (such as requests and errors) used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information.

• To provide and improve the service, including generating AI responses from your workspace content.
• To process subscriptions and send transactional emails (such as receipts and account notices).
• To respond to your support requests and bug reports.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

AI processing

Ardelia uses third-party AI model providers to power your AI employees. Content you enter may be sent to those providers to generate responses. We do not use your content to train our own models.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run Ardelia: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (hosting and file storage), and AI model providers. Each receives only the information needed to perform its role.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us; we will complete the deletion within 30 days except where the law requires us to retain certain records (for example, billing).

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and the service working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email us and we will honor these requests.

Children

Ardelia is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
